At the end of the form, applicants can choose the method of paying for their membership. Options include using PayPal to complete the process online or mailing a check to IRGS (see Member Info and Benefits for the address). The on-screen instructions will ask you to send the check with a mail-in form, but there is no mail-in form. Include your phone number on the check instead.
