What are GIGs?

GENEALOGY INTEREST GROUPS!

Genealogy Interest Groups are people who come together with a common interest. There are nationality groups - they share information and research tips and study together to find their ancestors.  In addition, there are other groups that focus on a specific topic such as the Family Tree Maker GIG and the Roots Magic GIGto increase your proficiency with these software products. The DNA GIG is for those interested in finding genetic matches. Roadblocks and Resources examines various sources of informtion and may help to demolish that brick wall in our research.
